1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Cermin4D ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services accessible at cermin4d.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications.

To register and maintain an Account on Cermin4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Cermin4D strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with the standards applicable to internationally licensed online gambling operators.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily or by the Platform's decision.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of Cermin4D, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Users:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Notify Cermin4D immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure that your registered personal details — including full legal name, date of birth, and payment method information — match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• Not access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain unfair advantage.
• Not use the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

5 Deposits & Payments

Cermin4D accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels, among others: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

• Minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor — typically instantly for e-wallets and DuitNow, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX transfers.
• Cermin4D does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Cermin4D reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Transaction fees, if any, imposed by payment processors are outside Cermin4D's control and may be charged to the User.

6 Withdrawals

Cermin4D is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder's verified identity.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes.
• Cermin4D reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the real money balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Cermin4D offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms override them:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, individual wagers are typically capped at RM250–RM500 per round. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (typically 10%–50%). Check individual promotion pages for specific rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This limit applies regardless of the total winnings generated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Cermin4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Cermin4D further reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activities on the Cermin4D platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User after placement.
• Cermin4D reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds publication, data feed failures, or other circumstances that materially affect the integrity of a market.
• Where a sporting event is suspended, cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement will be governed by the specific rules applicable to that sport or market as published on the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the decision of Cermin4D's management team, having reviewed available evidence, shall be final and binding.
• Cermin4D uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino game outcomes. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Cermin4D platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Using false, stolen, or fictitious personal details during registration or KYC submission.
• Using automated betting systems, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt betting practice.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or loopholes in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across accounts, or any practice determined by Cermin4D to constitute bonus abuse.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Cermin4D platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, text, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cermin4D or its duly licensed third-party content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of Cermin4D.

The Cermin4D name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or common law trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, or advertising — is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cermin4D expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from system downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by Users based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional details.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cermin4D does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from vulnerabilities at all times.

12 Responsible Gambling

Cermin4D is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cermin4D holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of the governing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the User must first raise the matter with Cermin4D's customer support team. Cermin4D will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
